Looking for a switch lubed or lubed & filmed that we currently do not have in stock? Look no further! Simply ask us, and we'll gladly accommodate your requests. Let us handle the meticulously laborious task of providing you with switches tuned to your preferences.

At IKASAYA, we offer multiple options for getting your switches to us:

OPTION 1: We will manage the entire process for you. If the products you desire are available from other vendors, we'll procure them on your behalf. Subsequently, we'll send you an invoice encompassing the total cost of the products, the switch lubrication and/or film service, and the shipping charges.

OPTION 2: You purchase the products you desire from another vendor and have them sent directly to us. Upon receiving the items, we'll take care of the switch lubrication and/or film service. You will then receive an invoice for the switch modification service and the
shipping charges.

OPTION 3: If you already have the switches you desire on hand, you can send them directly to us. We'll then handle the switch modification service and invoice you for it, along with the applicable shipping charges.

Select the option that best fits your preferences, and we'll ensure a seamless process to meet your switch modification needs.

Here's the breakdown of the service costs:

LUBE OPTIONS:

Service Provider Lube: $0.40 per switch

Customer Lube: $0.35 per switch

FILM OPTIONS:

Service Provider Films: $0.15 per switch

Customer Films: $0.10 per switch

SPRING SWAP OPTIONS:

Service Provider Springs: Cost of springs

Customer Springs: FREE

You can combine items from your commission with our in-stock items; just indicate it in the form. You're eligible for a 10% discount and free shipping within the domestic US for orders over 150 switches.

Filling out our form with thorough detail is essential. Your input will allow us to understand your needs and accommodate the selection of switches that best suit you.

Additionally, we'll determine any required services for the switches and recommend the best course of action based on your preferences and requirements.

CONSULTATION

We'll engage in a detailed discussion to determine your preferred service and whether it's required. This includes understanding if you'd like us to purchase the products on your behalf, have them sent directly to us, or if you'll handle the procurement and shipping.

If we're sourcing the switches for you, we'll invoice you for the total amount, including the cost of the switches. Once we have a clear understanding of your needs, we'll provide you with a quote to confirm your commission.

Delivery

SHIPMENT RECEIVED

After we receive your switches, we'll promptly notify you. Your satisfaction matters greatly to us, so please do not hesitate to share any last-minute changes before we begin the commission request.

The order will take about 1-3 business days to process. We'll notify you once the commission has been completed.

LUBRICATION PROCESS

When we start the commission, we will disassemble all the switches and lubricate them to your preference. If you have specific preferences or instructions, please let us know, and we'll ensure they are followed. Otherwise, we'll default to our standard way of lubricating switches.

If you have any other modifications you'd like to be done, we'll be sure to accommodate them. Just inform us of your requirements, and we'll make sure your switches are customized to your satisfaction.

Packaging

After we finish lubricating your switches, we'll let get it ready to ship. Just tell us which shipping company you prefer, or if you'd rather pick it up from our office.

Upon receiving your keyboard, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect it to ensure everything is in working order. Your satisfaction is our priority, so if you encounter any issues or discrepancies, please inform us promptly so we can address them.

While returns are not possible for this service, rest assured that we are committed to doing everything within our power to rectify any concerns and ensure your complete satisfaction.

COMMISSION FORM

By submitting the form, you acknowledge that your order may take up to a week to be processed. If you authorize the service provider to purchase mechanical keyboard switches on your behalf, you agree to pay the cost of the switches as listed on the invoice, as well as the cost of shipping both ways. Please note that this applies to international
customers as well.

In the event that a package is lost or stolen, we are not responsible. To avoid any potential loss of money, we recommend requesting shipping with insurance.
